Project Overview
This project documents the process of creating my final WordPress portfolio website. I started by developing the Raymond Coleman Design brand, then applied that identity to the site through color, typography, page structure, navigation, and content.
Building the Site
I created the main site pages, built a clear navigation system, developed the Home and Portfolio pages, and added project pages to show my work from DDSN 361. I also used global WordPress styles so the colors and typography stay consistent throughout the website.
What I Learned
This project helped me understand how planning, branding, content, and usability all work together in web design. I also learned how important it is to test links, navigation, responsive layouts, and the overall user experience before considering a website finished.
